At Caricature.fr, each work (caricature, portrait, painting) is a unique and personalized artistic creation, made to order especially for you.

Due to the fully personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once the order is confirmed and the artistic work has begun. Each sale is considered final.

Exceptions (Shipping Damage)

We take the utmost care in packaging our artworks to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If, despite our precautions, your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of receipt at sebrieu@yahoo.fr with:

• A clear photo of the damaged packaging.
• A clear photo of the damaged artwork.

We will assess the situation and find an appropriate solution on a case-by-case basis.
